Mike Conroy was the Senior Vice president at Alberta Health Services, where he was charged with ensuring the company provides integrated health services in the Edmonton Zone. He shared his responsibilities with the Zone Medical Director. Mike Conroy ensured that a full continuum of health services were provided, including community based health services, acute care, continuing care, and ambulatory care. Other responsibilities that Mike Conroy was entrusted with included developing long term service plans for the Edmonton Zone, which supported Alberta Health Services’ strategic goals, as well as the unique health needs of the population within the Edmonton Zone.

Mike Conroy earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada. He also earned a graduate degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Mike Conroy has completed Harvard’s Health Service Excellence Program and the Queen’s University Executive Program.
